World's Most Beautiful Granddaughter
This is what I do

My name is Larry Chandler, and my specialty is remodeling, repair and restoration. I don't particularly hold myself out for new construction. I prefer to be the one who comes into your house and cuts that door you have always wanted to connect two rooms, or add a window to your patio, construct a deck or finish that basement. I also perform repair services, with the exception of roofing. I have done electrical work all my life, and hold a diploma from Athens Tech in residential and commercial wiring. I work with many Real Estate Companies with repairs needed for closing on residences, and pride myself in being able to provide a number of references in that area. Let me show you what can be accomplished with your ideas and my expertise.
This is my background

I was raised on the south side of Atlanta, and gradually moved northward, keeping an ever diligent eye on the Mason Dixon line. I grew up thinking it was I-20. I graduated from Forest Park Senior High School in 1966 and from William Carey College in Hattiesburg, MS, with a BS degree in 1970. I obtained a diploma from Athens Tech in 1996 in residential and commercial wiring. Carol and I married in 1994 and bought a 40 acre cattle farm in Colbert, GA and enjoyed the opportunities it gave us. In November of 2000, we decided to take a leap and move to the mountains. I enjoyed working with wood and electricity all my life, more as a sideline or hobby, until Carol convinced me to quit a good paying job at the Atlanta Airport to start a business of my own. I have never regretted it. It seems to fit into our lifestyle more, now that we have moved to the Enchanted Valley. We attend McConnell Memorial Baptist Church in Hiawassee, GA. I am a member of the Towns County Chamber of Commerce.
